IR TOP Consulting is the financial boutique specialized in Equity Capital Markets, advising on IPO, SPAC, translisting and public takeover operations. It has been operating since 2001 on the Milan financial market.

The Company has developed specific expertise on the valuation of private and listed small & mid-caps. Our Research Department, formed by a team of financial analysts with extensive experience in business and fundamental analysis, supports our clients with independent research including IPO feasibility study and valuation, post listing equity research and benchmark reports.

The Osservatorio ECM®, founded in 2014 and dedicated to the Euronext Growth Milan (EGM) market, is our specialized proprietary financial research platform that provides a sector classification of listed companies and develops studies and statistics on the operations of listed SMEs. The Osservatorio ECM® supports institutional investors to make informed investor decisions.

Since October 2023 she has been nominated Chairman of the BoD of CDP Venture Capital SGR.
