IC-FLEX is an independent advisory company specialized in minority equity and quasi-equity investments, using hybrid financial instruments, to the benefit of European SMEs and Mid-Cap companies that wish to accelerate their growth but without selling their business.

IC-FLEX proposes flexible solutions to private owners of companies operating in various sectors, but that are profitable, or alongside entrepreneurs that have reached a plateau and need structured capital to support them into the next level of their development. Only minority positions are contemplated.

IC-FLEX supports target companies in material/transformational growth projects or capital reorganisations to facilitate the liquidity of some minority stakeholders.
